Set up a SSO. e.g. SAML or JWT
Enable automatic SSO option. i.e. going to help center will automatically redirect you off to the SSO login
Create a KB article and copy the permalink to the article
In a new browser, enter the URL to the KB article directly -> You get redirected to the SSO as expected
log in using SSO cred (if necessary)
